      Seniority Lists are posted for the year & then 20 working days to make corrections

      Leave Request Forms for the winter semester & then 30 calendar days to withdraw request

      End of October
      Professional Development Expense Reports for the previous year are due

      November
      Insurance module upgrades and downgrades

      April
      General Offer of Service (GOS) must be submitted to HR by non-tenured teachers

      April 15
      Leave Request Forms for the fall semester and the entire following year & then 30 calendar days to withdraw request

      June 1
      Professional Development Application Forms for the year are due, i.e. for summer activities and rollover requests
