That the VCTA General Assembly apply the following amendments to the VCTA Bylaws:
Modify 9.3

“The Executive committee has a maximum of three (3) votes.”

“The Secretary
The role of the Secretary is as follows:
a) Files and archives the minutes of meetings;
b) Is a member of CRT;
c) Is one of the signing officers;
d) Takes the minutes for the General Assembly and Association Council.
e) Manages the office;
f) Gives his or her successor all the information and goods relative to his or her position in the Union.”

“The Treasurer
The role of the Treasurer is as follows:
a) Manages all finances;
b) Is one of the signing officers;
c) Presents a financial report to the Association Council;
d) Makes the transactions authorized by the Executive, Association Council or the General Assembly;
e) Makes deposits at an accredited Financial Institution as early as possible;
f) Oversees the production of the budget and the annual financial report;
g) Gives his or her successor all the information and goods relative to his or her position in the Union.”
