Funding for a Master’s or Retraining
There are possibilities for funding for teachers who do not have a Master’s and who wish to get one.  They can only be used for Performa if you do not already have another Master’s, Collective Agreement article 7.6.  You should contact the College to submit an application.  (However, if you already do have a Master’s, the College offers release time for Performa in Volet 3 and D).  There is also the possibility of “recyclage” or retraining for a different discipline.  You may find the forms and further explanation in the “Mesures employ” attachments.

  • The deadline for both applications is May 15.

The College has opted to offer this payment for every hour we work in the coming year.

  • For regular day teachers that comes to $0.17 per hour.
