Employee Fitness
Information concerning the employee fitness program can be found below:
- A wide variety of activities are offered to suit everyone such as Tai Chi beginners and advanced, muscular conditioning, aqua fitness, aerobic/fitness classes, yoga, pilates, swim conditioning, cardio kickbox...
- Classes run at noon time for an hour.
- Registration fees are refundable through professional development funding.
- Only highly qualified professionals are hired.
- Sample any of the activities before paying the fee.
- We are fortunate to have the opportunity to reduce our stress, re-energize our batteries, help keep our bodies and minds healthy at our place of employment.
